issue-#200 network file delete under Win10 sometimes fails

Based on a report by Rainer Neubauer sent to me via private mail by Helmut I have created
issue 200 for fixing a bug that occurs sometimes with deleting a file on a network share under Windows 10.

Fortunately, the bug report also contained a reasonable proposal for fixing the issue.
