On my BlackBox running on Windows 10 when execute
Files->Open
I get a maximized window which can not be resized.
That is very annoying and ugly
That was not true on my BB XP system.
I am not sure whether it is an XP/10 issue or whether it is due
to a change in HostDialogs.GetIntSpec
First let's verify that others get a maximized window when
executing Files->Open
(name the system on which you are running, please)

I don't experience the problem running BB 1.6 on Windows 10.

Re: Files->Open under Windows 10
I just found the answer in a LabView forum:
"Double-click in the title bar area, you must have done that at some point to get it into full-screen mode."

Re: Files->Open under Windows 10
I observed this kind of problem by mixing up different version of BlackBox and using subsystem Desktop.
The solution is delete the file desktop.i21 and recompile the subsystem Desktop.

Re: Files->Open under Windows 10
I just down loaded 1.6 and did a Files->Open and it looks the same as for 1.7.cfbsoftware wrote:I don't experience the problem running BB 1.6 on Windows 10.
Here is a screen shot.
Notice there are no resize options only "X".
