which points to the collection of e-papers published by ETH Zürich. I am not very confident that ftp://ftp.ethoberon.ethz.ch will be available in the long term ...

This is a valuable suggestion.

When looking it up I discovered that there may be an even better alternative.

The full truth is in the dissertation of Regis Crelier at http://e-collection.library.ethz.ch/ese ... 386-02.pdf.
It also covers the fingerprinting issue, which was a core part of the dissertation and a non-trivial part of the compiler.
It is also in .pdf format.

It is probably not referenced in the BlackBox compiler sources because it was not yet published at that time.

It is the youngest document and thus closest to the CP compiler and it is the most complete one.
