The hosting location has been chosen (I assume) to be Zurich.
Josef has suggested EDIS to be the company to provide the hosting.
I had previously suggested that ETH Zurich also be considered but I now withdraw that consideration.
What other companies should be considered or is EDIS sufficient for our needs?

I think that EDIS is sufficient for our needs.

Well, I think this is the task of the chairperson.
I expect that Rene will be as active as last year when his project
has passed the critical phase.

Rene, how long will you be in silent mode:-) ?
Rene, is there a need to install a vice chairperson?

I think, that Rene has the authority to delegate responsibility. It can be Josef for example, he was doing votes few times already.

Please, Rene, if you sure that can not participate for a long time (mounth for example), do this kind of delegation for this time in a public way on the forum.

I think there is always the need for a second person in case the main responsible is unavailable. Sorry for not being active for so long.

I will try to reach everybody and make sure that the discussion is really finished. If that is the case, then I will start the voting thread tomorrow.

I sent an eMail out concerning the vote (as my job is to make sure that everybody knows and has a say), and I got only 1 "read" message back. Therefore I (again) delayed a bit to give everybody a chance to react.
