Under the assumption that a chairperson will be installed and that the responsibilities include an option for
requesting a poll by a number of center members:
What should the minimum number of center members be that is required for requesting the chairperson to
run a poll as proposed by those center members?
For this poll the following options are set:
- One option per user
- Re-voting is allowed
- No limit for the voting time
