After some discussion I posted a proposal (see viewtopic.php?f=59&t=628) dated 24 May for revised voting rules.
This vote is to formally accept or reject this proposal.
If accepted I shall update the Wiki (https://wiki.blackboxframework.org/inde ... tle=Center) with the new proposal.

I have updated the Wiki page.

I always had difficulty finding this page, so I have put a link to it on the "Main Page" - "Center (Mission, Values, & Governance)"
