issue-#141 Comp. named empty string with array of SHORTCHAR

This issue has been fixed now.
See the issue at http://redmine.blackboxframework.org/issues/141.

It is the same kind of bug as issue-#128 where it was fixed for assignment.
Now it is also fixed for comparison operators.
