I removed "32-bit", because there is not problem to run BlackBox in 64bit Windows.
Also I put countries in alphabetical order to prevent any disputes about efforts proportions.
Robert, would you prefer to be counted as been from GB or from Scotland?

I agree with most of the changes, in particular with adding Australia, sorry for that.
(Now we are only missing a member from Africa.)
Since the country order was almost from west to east, I have it now fully sorted it that way.

The main problem is this part:

> Each component is a module; a unit of compilation and a unit of execution. It is document centered, but not exclusively..

This introduces too many terms without explaining them and, I believe, it is technically not 100% sound.
A module is the unit of compilation and loading. A command is the unit of execution.
The document part is also confusing to me.
Also the modules are not fully described but only their interfaces.

A possible formulation that IMHO is technically sound and builds on well-known terms would be:
BlackBox is module based; a module is the unit of compilation and loading. Modules are used for implementing commands, background actions, libraries, graphical components, and persistent documents. All module interfaces are fully described in their own document.

>Cyrillic,
I think Cyrillic is an alphabet, not a language. Should be "Russian" or "Cyrillic languages", but the latter is complicated to understand.

I also added "reflection" to the list of features.

>such as the localization of the framework to different languages
dangerous. Sounds like we have done the localization to the mentioned languages.
What we have done is: we have prepared it such that it can be localized.
Sometimes this is called "internationalization" but because "internationalization" is such a difficult word,
it is sometimes also abbreviated to i18n. I tried to avoid this word in the original text
and used "possibility to localize". This source of misunderstanding must be fixed somehow.

Is the mentioned e-mail address working? Who gets it?

To be honest it works bad... It sends emails from time to time. And sometimes this is lending our Mysql Server down because of the memory limit.

If it doesn't work reliably, it should not be used at all.

Would it be possible to create an e-mail address such as chair@blackboxframework.org
that is forwarded to the current chairmen only?
Would that avoid the MySql problems?
For our current purposes it would be enough, I think.

> US, ... order
This is a marketing text. The US have been mentioned first deliberately.
People tend to take things more serious if they come from the US
That's why US was first, and then the only "natural" order would be from west to east, I think.
This order also avoids the wording problem with the included article "the US".

How about changing "main" to "mail"?
Everyone on the list would, of course, need to be informed of the change.

The problem with a list is that if nobody is in the list, nobody gets the mail.
And if multiple members are in the list, nobody may feel responsible for answering it
or more than one... Complicated.

A mail addressed to the center should always go to a well-defined recipient,
for example the chair but can also be some other post officer.
No need for a mailing list here, I believe, and it seems to cause technical problems.

I did alias for
chair@blackboxframework.org
and will update it for each new chair.

since 2013, when BlackBox Component Builder was turned into an open source project
That statement is incorrect, or is at best, misleading and should be reworded. The following is a quote from the Oberon microsystems' email dated 31 Dec 2004 announcing BlackBox 1.5 beta:
The major new aspect of BlackBox 1.5 is the added source code for the entire system, governed by an open source license.
