It is very difficult (impossible ?) to choose a time with no outstanding bugs under investigation.
But I don't think it is ideal to release 1.7 while we are investigating a new bug that we are introducing - I am referring to the fold issue.

In addition to Robert's comment, I don't think it is OK to release 1.7 while we are investigating a known bug with a known bug fix.

We did not make anything in this release to reduce complexity. And this is sad. Maybe the only we did in this case is removing of MaxOS references from documentation.
There is an idea that we can make some strict rule that VAL should get only variable or constant as it is documented in P-S-I.
This will save many power for porting the back-end in future.

I would like to add to that a comment about Config saying it is no longer necessary to modify that file
in order to install converters AND that the new Converter.next* export allows for installing and uninstalling
converters "on the fly".

I get a TRAP when using the "ypkDevTool.CompileSubs Obx Text".
The TRAP appears when there is a new directory created e.g. for Obx/Sym.
The TRAP should be fixed before recommending this tool to users.
