Because we have no much users of BlackBox at the current moment, we can not depend on open-source testing before release candidate stage.
We released beta two months ago and now can discuss switching to RC.
So I am asking each center member to find some time to test beta and give any feedback here in 10 days.

I am testing beta intensively in all my projects while this two months, that is why I am sure we can switch to RC till the end of June.
