Should we remove Mac OS references from Docu files?

There are many references in Docu to Mac OS. This references are useless, because today there are no prototype of BlackBox working in Mac OS.
However this references making documentation hard to read, especially for beginners who even not thinking about cross-platform issues.

I have BlackBox 1.32 working here on a Mac Quadra. However, I agree that there is no need for Mac-specific documentation to be in the 1.7 release.

Can 1.7 run under Mac?
How much work is it to get it running?
Who can do and test it?
The documentation is more readable after removing Mac OS description.
Should we collect all Mac OS description into one separate document?

Actually Mac OS is using the modified FreeBSD core. The
Freenix prototype run well on FreeBSD system with Gtk2 libraries. As I know Gtk2 can be installed to Mac OS, so we can experiment on that. However this Freenix prototype has the same interface and menu as Windows, so there is no need of separate documentation for it. There can be some corrections in Docu for this version of BlackBox, but they will be different. So this Mac OS references anyway are outdated.

The Mac OS referred to in the Docu files is the original Mac OS that runs on platforms that use the Motorola M68K CPU, not the later Unix-based OS that is hosted on the PowerPC or Intel platforms.
The most recent Mac OS version of BlackBox is 1.3 which supports the version of the Component Pascal Language defined in the report dated 28-Sep-1997 on Mac OS 7/8 (released in 1997).
