This voting is for merging changes in issue-#88 topic branch to master branch.

The feature is allowing to make multilingual documentation for your projects in BlackBox and also to localize the BlackBox itself.

There was long discussion about localizable documentation support:

From my self I want to add, that this feature is very important for Russian community of BlackBox users.
