Chair as communicator
Because of Robert's comment (and Oleg N. Cher) about involving the BlackBox Community in the email choice I realize that a big component of the Chair's duties is missing. That component is to act as a communicator to the BlackBox and Oberon communities about the status of BlackBox. We have been keeping them in the dark. They need to know what we are doing!
