Due to the consultant's comments and the way the vote is currently running I will lock the
vote and consider it void.
We need to find another solution.
o Josef's suggestion on using comp.lang.oberon seems workable.
o The consultant also suggested Google groups with email that is archived.
What does everyone think about those suggestions?

The Google Group BlackboxFramework I created has the desired behavior handling email.
Unlike phpBB I can respond to an email (that has body text) from the Group and it is both
broadcast to those enrolled with the Group and also posted to the Group. No muss, no fuss,
no special mods.

It is to complicated and need special reader to be installed. I have tried this year ago.

Actually you no longer need newsreader software to access these Usenet groups. comp.lang.oberon is accessible via Google Groups. I post there occasionally (as well as comp.lang.modula2). However, I would not recommend their use as I find them both quite limited in their usefulness compared to the dozen or so forums that I am subscribed to:
comp.lang.oberon
comp.lang.modula2
Both are well worth a visit if you are interested in the history of these languages as they have messages dating back to the 1990's if not earlier.
