It is proposed to use Redmine as the official Issues Track until a better solution is found.

Re: Redmine
I have made script for simplifying work of the chairman:

Now each user can scan any topic looking for members who did not vote.

Re: Redmine
The Redmine poll has ended because the duration of the poll has passed.
The number of votes cast (8) did not meet the quorum (9).
If stable/shortcut voting was already in effect then a shortcut would have occurred (6>3) and the Redmine measure would have succeeded.
(1) However since the shortcut rule was not in effect, technically the Redmine measure fails
(2) However since the duration of polls was not discussed and not agreed upon the measure is ill defined.
For Ivan's sake I am going to declare that Redmine is now the official Issues Tracker.
If anyone objects to my decision, please email me and we can discuss it further.

Re: Redmine
I see this as a problem that the quorum is set too high. It only takes 3 members to invalidate a poll.DGDanforth wrote:The number of votes cast (8) did not meet the quorum (9).

Re: Redmine
I made this vote unlimited, because we have no rule about limits. I think, that we can wait for Bernhard, Helmut or Ivan K. voices to have quorum.

Re: Redmine
Now Ivan K. voted and we have quorum. Redmine becomes official Center issues tracker.
