This page should be about 'administration' of center users, not a guide how to create an issue in github
or a guide for the development process. There are other pages for that purpose.
So the part starting at "Before voting" until the end should be removed.

There are still not all the team in the GitHub
AND
there are many hidden members.

If it is not done intentionally, can I ask Robet, Bernhard, Ivan and Douglas go to the page and change status?

When we will release final version there will be some attention from many people. They will visit our web site and GitHub repository. So it is important everything looks fine. Also the team in GitHub better to be big. This will give some value for the project. More probability that people will want to share with friends etc.
