@Bernhard: could you take over the financial things?
It does not involve a lot of work. Basically, it means to
set up a PayPal account and to watch the balance periodically.
Payments for our Edis host can be automated.
Domain name payment is done manually once per year.

There are some troubles with donations now. Darek Maksimiuk reported that he has tried to make a donation and it failed with the message "we can't send your payment right now".
It will be better to try another account for receiving donations.

I can only donate to an account of alipay or weixin pay , I have no the paypal account, no an international card.

PayPal money transfer to Russia is currently blocked, probably as part of the sanctions against Russia.
I have created a new PayPal account for the user "
blackbox.framework.center@gmail.com" and an e-mail account for the same user.
However, I don't know how to change the "Donate" link on our web site.

After a lot of reading I found out how to update the Donate link and I updated both the international (english) and russian version.
It should now be possible to donate to the newly created PayPal account.

The newly created PayPal account has received a transfer of EUR 4.61 from Ivan.
This means that Ivan's account is now empty and all the center money is now on the
center's new PayPal account.
Thanks to Ivan for being the treasurer for so long and for the transfer.
In addition, the new account has received a donation from Chris.
As the next step I will redirect the Edis payment settings to the new account.

I have transferred the donation of Chris to our Edis account.
We are financed now for a couple of months.
I have tried to edit the Edis settings to refer to the new PayPal account.
Some attributes are editable but the login name is not editable and still refers to Ivan's e-mail address.
I have not seen any way for editing this.
