I checked the module and it works fine.
I notice that the commander at the end of this module produced an error.
The correct command are

(!) " DevInspector.InitDialog; StdCmds.OpenAuxDialog('Dev/Rsrc/Inspect.odc', '#Dev:Inspect') "

(!) " DevDebug.Unload; DevInspector.InitDialog; StdCmds.OpenAuxDialog('Dev/Rsrc/Inspect.odc', '#Dev:Inspect') "
