issue-#91 bug fix in HostMechanisms.PopUpAndSelect

This is a trivial bug fix that fixes a problem with context menus that contain a 'checked' item.
Such items were marked 'grayed' in BB1.6 instead of 'checked'.

The change is as proposed in CPC 1.7 rc6.

Such trivial issues should be handled quickly.
