issue-#65 - notRecorded-operation overwrites Redo-tail

I have created issue#65, which refers to CPC 1.7 rc5 change list number 29.

It refers to a situation where a notRecorded operation confuses the Redo stack of a
StdSequencer.

The fix seems to be well done but I cannot verify it by testing the changed behavior.
So I have to trust OberonCore that they have tested it and that it does not introduce any
unwanted side effects.
