As you may have seen, EDIS currently cannot provide what we voted upon and is therefore OUT. This means we need to vote again on the question of who should be our webhoster.
Also, to reduce time spent on insubstantial votings, I mixed in the question of who should be the administrator, since we have two options where Ivan would administrate, and one option, where OberonCore would administrate.
Please be aware that the option of OberonCore administrating and the option to leave the forum where it is now would go against the decision already made to have the hosting done in Switzerland!

The EDIS Starter is again available! I have just order it for one month.
If nobody is against this, I can setup server there in the weekends.

If I understand Ivan correctly then the originally intended EDIS hosting plan is available again
and it has been bought for one month.
So the new voting about another hosting platform is redundant.
@Rene: please remove the redundant vote in order not to confuse center members.
@Ivan: please keep a log of everything installed on the hosting platform.
@Ivan: can you please try to install wine and see if Blackbox can be run under it?

Ok, I will log installed packages. Peter have the experience with running O3 BlackBox on Linux, we do not need wine to do this, because there are already working Linux console port of BlackBox.Josef Templ wrote:@Ivan: please keep a log of everything installed on the hosting platform.

Agreed. Can I lock the topic, or is this something Ivan needs to do?
