The position of chairman should be on a rotating basis with some fixed time frame (one year?)
I am willing to support Rene as the first chairman.

I think anyone who wishes should be able to join the 'center'. If for some reason (after joining) issues arise about that person then I believe a vote by the center should be used to remove (restrict) that individual from the center. Should that restriction be 'forever' or for some period of time?
